Diggs has spent most of his career with a PFF receiving grade between 78.0 and 84.0. While his grades in the past two seasons haven’t been as elevated, they are right in line with where he’s been throughout his career.

Diggs has spent most of his career as an outside receiver but played in the slot for the Texans last season. DeMario Douglas is set to assume that slot role, and it makes sense anyway for Diggs, who has averaged 2.52 yards per route run out wide and 1.59 in the slot over the past three years, to be an outside receiver.
